Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. To help us review the issue quickly, please include:

• your order number
• a description of the issue
• clear photos of the item
• clear photos of the packaging, if available

Order issues

If there is a problem with your order, we encourage you to contact us promptly so we can review the situation and find an appropriate solution.

Returns and exchanges

Because eligibility may depend on the nature of the issue and the condition of the item, return and exchange requests are reviewed individually.

Non-returnable situations

We may be unable to accept returns or exchanges in situations where:

• the item has been used or damaged after delivery
• the issue was not reported within a reasonable time
• the product differs only slightly due to normal screen-to-print color variation

Color variation

Please note that slight differences in color may occur because of screen settings, lighting conditions, and the nature of printed materials.

Wrong shipping address or failed delivery

Please review your shipping details carefully before ordering. We may not be able to offer a refund, replacement, or return solution for delivery issues caused by an incorrect address entered at checkout.
